Mohan Joshi Tested Positive For Covid 19 Amidst Shoot In Goa Despite Taking Both The Vaccinations
Mohan Joshi is now quarantined at a hotel in Goa after he and a few other crew members have tested positive.
Respected Hindi and Marathi veteran actor Mohan Joshi tests positive for Covid 19 in Goa during the shoot of Agga Bai Sunbai despite taking both the vaccinations. The actor was amidst a hectic shoot schedule including relocation of the shoot to Goa. Mohan Joshi is now quarantined at a hotel in Goa after he and a few other crew members have tested positive.
The actor had taken the first dose of vaccine in early March and the second dose was taken in April. Despite the precautions, the actor caught the virus. Four other crew members have tested positive for the virus including two lightmen, art staff, and a driver besides Joshi. The production has facilitated their quarantine arrangements in a local Goa hotel and they are recuperating.
Several films and television shoots have shifted to the coastal haven of Goa after Maharashtra went into a state of lockdown in early April. The report revealed that the Entertainment Society of Goa (ESG) also banned shooting in Goa a few days ago due to the rising number of COVID-19 cases. Most recently, Goa had the highest positivity rate amid the deadly second wave of Covid 19.
